14. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

A. Good Faith Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

• Any inquiry submitted through this website

• Any interaction prior to a formal written services agreement

• These Terms and Conditions

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith informal discussions.

Written notice of the dispute must be provided to the other party, and both parties agree to attempt resolution within thirty (30) days of such notice.

B. Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before initiating arbitration.
